Firmware Update
The firmware updates should be applied ONLY to the frames specified. Using the update on any other photo frame will void your warranty. Please call us if you are unsure whether this update applies to your frame.

Installation steps:
1) Download the appropriate firmware file from the options above.
2) Copy the file onto a memory card compatible with the photo frame (USB, MMC, SD, CF, etc).
3) Insert the memory card into the appropriate memory card slot on the digital photo frame.
4) Turn on your digital photo frame.
5) Press the exit button on the photo frame or the photo frame remote until the memory card selection screen appears.
6) Select the memory card type that you inserted into the photo frame.
7) Select FILE from the photo frame menu.
8) Select the firmware update file you copied onto your memory card and press enter.
9) Wait approximately one minute for the firmware patch to complete. Do not power off your unit while the update is in progress.
10) When the update is complete, it will prompt you to restart the photo frame. Turn the unit off, then on again, and the update should be complete.
